After photographing approximately 2500 houses for real estate, around 20% of properties are not 100% market ready and are not presented as well as they could be. This can come down to the vendor not knowing what needs to be done (never sold before) or the real estate agent not feeling comfortable to tell the vendor what needs to be done.
